Lotus Elise K Series Spark Plugs and Gap

Hope you all having a great day,

I have an S Elise S  04 plate. who knows when the plugs were last changed, so I am doing it all.
 

Looking at eliseparts they offer 4 variants

Champion Spark Plugs NLP1000290 @ £19.95

NGK K Series Platinum Spark Plugs @ £46.95

4 x Iridium IX Spark Plugs BKR6EIX-11 @ £50

NGK VHPD Spark Plugs BCPR7ES @ £16.95

 

Which one and Why?

Also What Gap? To they come correct or do you all have your own gap gauges?

I've stuck with the champion plugs. No fancy reason. They were the oem plug if i remember correctly.  They were the ones In. The car when I bought it. They are not costly They just work.

I gap mine 1mm. They generally seem pretty well gapped out of the box...but I still check.

For £20 I actually change them each year when doing the oil and filters
